Dr. Christy Byrd

Dr. Christy Byrd is a native of North Carolina who has been proudly serving patients for more than 20 years. During that time, she has gained a reputation not only for quality patient care, but a genuine concern for and connection with her patients. She is a graduate of UNC-Chapel hill and the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN and is fully licensed by both the North Carolina State Board of Optometry and the National Board of Examiners -- where she has served as an examiner herself.

Dr. Byrd currently lives in Chapel Hill and, when she’s able to take time out from raising her family, loves to dance.
